Ris8 guru is a project with a street and gourmet soul based on the concept of ‘Fast Good’. Thanks to innovative know-how, we produce our risotto and other rice products in a shorter time than in traditional restaurants, maintaining high quality without using frozen or pre-cooked rice.

Our aim is to convey the enormous passion we have for risotto, in all its forms and combinations. To be able to share our recipes with as many people as possible, nothing is better than a travelling food truck. That’s how we started and that’s how we like to continue touring festivals and private events.
